After an early breakfast, your private overland expedition begins with a departure from Palmas at 7:30 AM, heading deep into the heart of Jalapão. Upon arrival at Poço Encantado Waterfall, take a refreshing swim in its crystalline waters, followed by a delicious regional lunch in a secluded natural setting.

In the afternoon, explore the majestic Serra da Catedral, a breathtaking rock formation, before embarking on a Boia Cross adventure along the Soninho River, floating peacefully through gentle currents and lush surroundings.

As evening falls, check in at Bela Vista Lodge, a cozy and exclusive retreat where you'll enjoy access to a private fervedouro (natural spring). End the day with a gourmet dinner surrounded by the calm of the Jalapão wilderness.

After a hearty breakfast, set off to discover Jalapão’s iconic fervedouros—crystal-clear springs with soft sand that creates a unique floating sensation.

After a regional lunch, visit the Buritis Waterfall, a tranquil and picturesque oasis. In the evening, settle into an elegant eco-lodge in Mateiros, where a refined dinner under the stars awaits.

Today’s journey explores both the natural and cultural gems of Jalapão:

  • Fervedouro Encontro das Águas – A vibrant spring where two distinct waters converge

  • Formiga Waterfall – A striking turquoise cascade ideal for swimming and relaxing

After a gourmet lunch, visit the Mumbuca Quilombola Community, where you’ll engage with local artisans and experience the rich Afro-Brazilian heritage of the region.
 Before heading back, stop at Fervedouro Buriti for a final dip before returning to your boutique lodge in Mateiros for dinner and rest.

Start your day at the stunning Jalapão Dunes, where golden sands stretch across the horizon. A luxury picnic setup awaits, offering a perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the desert landscape.

Next, head to Rio Novo Beach, one of Brazil’s last wild river beaches, where you can relax by the gentle freshwater waves.

After lunch, explore the Sussuapara Canyon, an ancient rocky corridor with delicate waterfalls and cool shade — a hidden gem in Jalapão’s semi-arid terrain.

Spend the evening at a premium lodge in Ponte Alta do Tocantins, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

On your final day, visit the legendary Pedra Furada, a natural sandstone arch carved by centuries of wind and water, offering panoramic views of the region.

Then, discover the enchanting Lagoa do Japonês, a hidden turquoise lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs. Enjoy a final swim and moments of pure serenity before returning to Palmas, where your journey concludes.
